Range Safety Guard to Premier on QVC November 7, 2007
Agawam, Massachusetts – Today RangeGuard Industries, Inc. announced that the Range Safety Guard will premier on QVC, November 7, 2007 at 12:00 AM EST -Midnight.
The Range Safety Guard – designed to prevent a child from pulling a pot off the range or touching the hot burners – was discovered through the QVC Product Search Program. The Range Safety Guard successfully completed an intensive testing and analysis at QVC’s headquarters in West Chester, PA. During the Range Safety Guard show the importance of safety when cooking at the range will be stressed while showing how this product can prevent tragic burns.
According to the American Burn Association – every year over 5,000 children are burned at the stove seriously enough to require medical attention.
The Range Safety Guard fits most 30” wide free standing ranges. It attaches to the side of the range with a strong Velcro fastener with a pulling pressure of 15 lbs per side. It is made of a durable double wall metal construction with special powder coated paint to withstand temperatures of 400 degrees. An attractive and secure guard, the Range Safety Guard has been awarded two US Patents and was honored by Parents Magazine with their Mom’s Tested Seal of Approval.
